2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives:

- Broken

- Missing an item
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If approved, Phoenix Herbanix may:
- Send a replacement item
- Issue store credit
- Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Phoenix Herbanix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact:

- UPS
- FedEx
- Your local postal carrier
using the tracking number provided.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many products are handcrafted or prepared shortly after purchase:
- Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
- We cannot guarantee order changes after an order has been placed.

Custom blends, personalized products, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
This includes:

- Special requests

Because these services involve:

- Energy
- Preparation

No refunds will be issued after a service has been delivered, completed, or a report has been sent.
