Thank you for shopping with Phoenix Herbanix. Every order is prepared with care and packaged with attention to quality.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Custom blends, made-to-order items, and high-volume periods may require additional processing time. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package size
  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier rates

Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly stated on the website.


Shipping Locations

Phoenix Herbanix currently ships within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Phoenix Herbanix is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Undeliverable packages due to address errors
  • Packages returned because of incomplete address information

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Phoenix Herbanix is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery errors made by the carrier

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.


Custom & Handmade Products

Because many Phoenix Herbanix products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Aroma
  • Botanical appearance

are natural and do not affect product quality.
